Established in 2003 D&J Tool and Die specialises in manufacturing Injection Moulds and Blow Mould, We also do product design and manufacturing as well as CNC Machining. Deon van Zyl, owner and Managing director of the company prides himself on offering the best quality, and ensuring we meet all our client expectations whether it be through our Injection and blow moulding or the engineering and manufacturing moulds.

We are leaders in the manufacturing of a wide variety of standard and modern plastic closures as well as PET Pre Forms used for bottle and jar Blow Moulding.

We use PET, HDPE, PP, Acrylic and LDPE material to be used in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.

CNC- Computer Numeric Control Machine Tools are used to manufacture almost and mould. Our mould manufacturing includes the design and modelling of a desired mould. The best quality imported metals and aluminium are used to guarantee the highest standard of durability.
